Last trip of the season for ANYA before she comes out of the water for 6 weeks. As a birthday treat Gary's wife booked him on a coastal and photographic trip with Horizon Charter Boats.

We couldn't have been luckier with the weather, infact it was so good we extended the trip by an hour to grab some snaps of the setting sun from anchor in Poole bay.

What a great way to round off the season, let's hope for some more settled weather this summer!

Had a fantastic days with John and friends on some of the Inshore wrecks with several Pollack and Ling taken including this fantastic specimen of over 10lb's.

The afternoon was spent on a wildlife and coastal trip along the Jurassic Coast before arriving back in Poole Harbour for a well deserved glass of wine.

Horizon Charter Boats on the fish out of Poole Kevin with a bend in his rod!

Friday 1st June 2012

Kevin and Mark approached me to take them out for a day's charter fishing. After assessing weather and tides we settled on a day fishing the many inshore wrecks south of Poole and the purbecks. The action was steady throughout the day and the weather played ball and fish to 12lb hit the deck. We stopped off to take some pictures along the  Dorset coast on the way back in as Kevin is a keen Photographer.
